★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. La signora una maleducata unica. Dopo 2 mesi si rendono conto che nn ci hanno inviato il libretto originale. Dicevano di aver fatto il tagliando alla macchina. E ovviamente dopo pochi km si accende la spia dell'olio. Non ci andate.
Bad. The only rude lady. After 2 months they realize that they have not sent us the original booklet. They said they had cut the machine. And obviously after a few km the oil light comes on. Don't go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto veloci e sbrigativi, manca un pizzico di cordialità, almeno salutare il cliente quando arriva, in 3 neanche uno che l'ha fatto al mio arrivo. Almeno sono stati veloci, in 15/20 minuti avevano già finito.

Quando sono andato a ritirarla l'auto era in condizioni addirittura migliori rispetto a quelle descritte ed il sig. Mino si è dimostrato una persona corretta e disponibile. Un ringraziamento anche alla figlia che ci ha spiegato tutto chiaramente.
Some time ago we contacted Mr. Mino for a car seen on the internet and we bought it remotely without having seen it first in real life. When I went to pick it up the car was in even better condition than those described and Mr. Mino proved to be a correct and helpful person. Thanks also to the daughter who explained everything clearly to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in the mood for sushi or Chinese food while having a view of Lago Maggiore, this is the place for you.
We enjoy the "sushi boat" (see attached pictures), Cantonese rice, steamed dumplings, and Chinese noodles.
Oddly, they also make a decent pizza. If someone in your group did not want sushi.
That staff is always friendly and welcoming
