Mi dicono che non hanno tempo di visionarla subito, e che ci sarebbe voluta una settimana o giù di lì. Lasciata mercoledì, chiamo il lunedì dopo e mi rispondono che non sanno ancora cosa sia. Il giorno dopo (martedì) mi presento e adducono il problema ad un relé; consegna il giorno successivo (mercoledì, quindi 7 giorni), ma con una postilla: "La macchina ha ancora un problema, ma non so quale è: dovrei controllare meglio"... Veramente, dopo 7 giorni??? Esco dall'officina, da Castellanza arrivo a Magenta e... ops, auto ferma, cambio automatico bloccato e macchina che non dà segni di vita. Chiamo carroattrezzi, e la porto dal mio meccanico che, in due dico due giorni, trova il problema (non me l'ha aggiustata in due giorni, preciso, ma mi ha detto almeno cosa aveva la mia auto): pompa del cambio da cambiare (dico io, c'era anche la spia che lo segnalava, il problema era lì), e ben 1000 euro di spesa. Risultato: ben 67 euro di relé regalati alla vostra autofficina! Ora, secondo me non siete stupidi, semplicemente non avevate voglia di lavorare in periodo di feste. Grazie comunque per avermi in parte rovinato l'unica vacanza estiva di quest'anno (sarei dovuto partire con la mia auto il giorno della consegna, ma alla fine ha dovuto guidare la mia compagna) Not to say bad, I would say very bad. Really, after 7 days ??? I leave the workshop, from Castellanza I arrive in Magenta and ... oops, the car stops, the automatic transmission is blocked and the car shows no signs of life. I call tow truck, and take it to my mechanic who, in two I say two days, finds the problem (he didn't fix it in two days, exactly, but he told me at least what my car had): gearbox pump to change (I say, there was also the spy that signaled it, the problem was there), and well 1000 euros of expenditure. Result: a good 67 euros of relays given to your garage! Now, in my opinion you are not stupid, you simply did not want to work during the holidays. Thanks anyway for partly ruining me the only summer vacation this year (I should have left with my car on the day of delivery, but in the end had to drive my partner)

Consiglio a tutti, difficile trovare ancora service di questo tipo in giro. Enrico Polite and professional staff, clean and well organized structure. Sempre gentili e disponibili, veloci negli appuntamenti e nel risolvere i problemi. Nessun problema burocratico, che se pur presenti non lo fanno pensare sul cliente utilizzatore. I use them for the management and maintenance of the current Leasplan company car. Always kind and helpful, quick in appointments and in solving problems.
