Dopo un paio di giorni mi fissano un appuntamento per provare l'auto , mi presento puntuale, e qui mi dicono che non hanno l'auto disponibile. Atteggiamento poco professionale, avevo al seguito anche la documentazione per l'acquisto, ma questa mancanza di serietà mi ha fatto cambiare idea. Comunque auto provata e acquistata in un giorno da Favron srl, sempre a Busto Arsizio. Negative judgment. I went for a fiat 500 electric quote, and so far, with the seller, everything is fine. Tutto perfetto Appointment at a fixed time, collection at work finished in a few minutes at the indicated time, car repaired and in excellent condition. All perfect
M	Milly Bettin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto di seconda mano comprata a maggio, mi consegnano la carta di circolazione provvisoria con una scadenza di 30 giorni, mi avrebbero dovuto chiamare per ritirare la carta di circolazione originale, dato che a luglio scadeva anche la revisione. A fine agosto ancora non abbiamo ricevuto notizie (abbiamo chiamato per sapere a che punto sono) e la macchina è ferma da 2 mesi. Tornassi indietro non avrei mai comprato la macchina da loro. Second hand car bought in May, they give me the provisional registration certificate with a 30-day expiration, they should have called me to collect the original registration certificate, since the inspection also expired in July. At the end of August we still haven't received any news (we called to find out where they are) and the car has been standing still for 2 months. If I went back I would never have bought a car from them.

A mio avviso bravi e molto preparati, si prendono cura sia del mezzo che del cliente, riservando talvolta un trattamento riservato e speciale. Mi rivolgo ormai da sempre solo da loro per qualsiasi tipo d’intervento. Purtroppo però non posso dire lo stesso per il settore vendite, dopo aver avuto un esperienza (dal mio punto di vista) poco serena con il venditore ho risposto ad un questionario inviatomi da Volvo stessa dando un basso punteggio, cercando di spiegare comunque le mie motivazioni.Sono stato invitato gentilmente poi di conseguenza, a rivolgermi pure ad un altro concessionario dall’addetto vendite perché qui non ero più il benvenuto! Sicuramente c’è chi avrà fatto meglio di me ma non penso poi di essere un pessimo cliente. (Sono cliente della Santino Ceriani da 8 anni e ho già acquistando ben 2 auto). Surely there are those who have done better than me but I don't think I'm a bad customer. (I have been a customer of Santino Ceriani for 8 years and I have already purchased 2 cars). Da ciò si può intuire la professionalità. Sicuramente un gruppo affidabile. I only went in for information for a car. Although they don't market it they were helpful and kind. From this you can guess the professionalism. Definitely a reliable group.
