★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raccolta carta impossibile da fare senza contenitori adeguati. O fate meno gli schizzinosi e svuotate ogni tipo di secchio o ce lo fornite voi come tempi addietro. Assurdo pensare di fare i pacchettini con lo spago !
Paper collection impossible to do without adequate containers. Or you do less squeamish and empty every type of bucket or you give it to us as long ago. Absurd to think of making packets with string!

Mi presento sono sempre il Sig.Gazzana che scrive con il profilo di mia moglie perché con il mio non più permesso da Google.
Imbarazzato nel vedere che avete trovato il tempo per rispondere al mio post, e non alle mie tre, e ripeto tre mail inviate ai vostri contatti mail "ufficiali" dove qui fornivo tutti i dettagli della mia lamentela,compreso indirizzo di residenza.
Preciso che aspetto ancora una vostra risposta ad una mia mail inviatavi nel lontano 2016 (canale ufficiale).
Il numero del call center è stato da me chiamato per ben 5 volte e solo dopo questa ultima chiamata avete risolto il problema,aggiungo non per colpa delle operatrici tutte gentili e cortesi.
Concludo che oggi ho imparato che forse i canali come da voi definiti non "ufficiali" forse funzionano di più di quelli ufficiali...finalmente ho avuto una vostra risposta.
Andate a guardare la vostra mail aziendale e troverete quelle da me inviate invece di rispondere ai post.
Per inciso avrei preferito rispondere via mail ma apprendo che siete più attenti ai post di recensione.

Embarrassed to see that you have found the time to respond to my post, and not to my three, and I repeat three emails sent to your "official" email contacts where I provided all the details of my complaint, including residence address.
I specify that I still await your reply to one of my e-mails sent back in 2016 (official channel).
The call center number has been called by me for 5 times and only after this last call you have solved the problem, I add not for the fault of the operators all kind and courteous.
I conclude that today I have learned that perhaps the channels you define as not "official" perhaps work more than the official ones ... I finally had your answer.
Go look at your company email and you will find the ones I sent instead of responding to posts.
Incidentally I would have preferred to reply by email but I learn that you are more attentive to review posts.

Gli operatori di tale azienda dovrebbero fare un corso di educazione...sono due settimane che nn mi viene ritirato il vetro...addetto nn la ritira perché ci sono due dita di acqua nel fondo del bidone e nn si vuole bagnare...questa la sua risposta...anzi ha aggiunto che nn lo ritirerà fino a quando continuerà a esserci l'acqua...per correttezza d'informazione tutti i bidoni della via sono privi di coperchi perché rotti dall'incuria degli stessi operatori che caricano il vetro...vergogna...la tassa rifiuti la paghiamo ed è anche cara...
