E per fortuna, quello che prospettano e poi quello che avviene. Cambiato gestore fibra a casa: risparmio di € 15 mensili e senza imprevisti . Cambiato due volte gestore cellulare per arrivare allo stesso gestore ma risparmiando € 8 al mese .... bravi e grazie

Fiber manager changed at home: savings of € 15 per month and without unexpected events. Changed cell phone manager twice to get to the same manager but saving € 8 per month .... good and thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci rechiamo in questo punto vendita su indicazione del servizio clienti di ho per attivare una sim; una prima volta, intorno al 20/12, ci viene detto dai due ragazzi del negozio che il gestionale non funziona di ritornare dopo una settimana che l'avrebbero attivata. Torniamo in data 27/12 ed in modo scontroso ci viene risposto che loro non le attivano. Comportamento scorretto ed imbarazzante! I peggiori... mi vien da pensare che in quanto servizio gratuito non abbiano voglia farlo.
We go to this store on the advice of ho's customer service to activate a sim; for the first time, around 20/12, we are told by the two guys in the shop that the management system does not work to come back after a week that they would have activated it. We return on 12/27 and in a grumpy way we are told that they do not activate them. Incorrect and embarrassing behavior! The worst ... it makes me think that as a free service they don't want to do it.
