★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23 Novembre, ordino un macbook pro configurato da 16GB di ram, in negozio mi hanno promesso una consegna prima di natale, di conseguenza ho accettato.
Ad oggi 28 dicembre non ho avuto la possibilità di avere tra le mani il prodotto, ho chiamato il negozio e su 10 chiamate hanno risposto 0 volte.
Si spera che almeno il servizio di assistenza telefonica cambi, in meglio.
 November 23, I order a macbook pro configured with 16GB of ram, in the store they promised me a delivery before Christmas, so I accepted.
To date, December 28th I didn't have the opportunity to have the product in my hands, I called the shop and out of 10 calls they answered 0 times.
Hopefully, at least the telephone support service will change for the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quasi un mese di tempo PERSO per 2 assistenze, riportato il prodotto 2 volte al centro per la riparazione (una volta con loro, una volta inviato ad apple) e niente, problema non risolto.
Abbiamo parlato più di mezz'ora per spiegare e dettagliare il tipo di guasto, nonostante ciò hanno inviato il prodotto in apple con scritto MEZZA frase, senza alcun informazione di quelle date, grazie al Ca*** che i prodotti tornano non riparati. Mi affiderò ad un'altro centro Apple

P.S. Nonostante la situazione Covid, e i consigli / obblighi di andare su appuntamento, il numero di telefono ce l'hanno per bellezza.
MAI risposto a nessuna chiamata.
Almost a month of LOST time for 2 services, returned the product 2 times to the repair center (once with them, once sent to apple) and nothing, problem not solved.
We talked for more than half an hour to explain and detail the type of failure, despite this they sent the product in apple with HALF sentence written, without any information of those given, thanks to Ca *** that the products return unrepaired. I will rely on another Apple center

P.S. Despite the Covid situation, and the advice / obligations to go by appointment, they have a telephone number for beauty.
NEVER answered any calls.

Vorrei fare i complimenti a tutto lo Staff in store sono gentili disponibili e sempre sorridenti.

Clean and tidy shop.I went to them for a problem on my iPhone, I was helped by Mattia the technician who solved the problem quickly and explaining me step by step what he was doing on the iPhone as I am a very anxious person.
I would like to congratulate all the staff in the store, they are kind, available and always smiling.
I highly recommend this shop.
