★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io non sono rimasto molto soddisfatto della riparazione hardware al mio notebook. Oltre a non andare benissimo (dopo sostituzione connettore, pc si spegne appena si muove il cavo di alimentazione) il pc mi è stato restituito con dei graffi molto profondi, con la rottura della porta vga e con il lettore cd/dvd spaccato. D'altronde basta entrare per osservare come gli oggetti da riparare vengono tenuti in maniera disordinata e non in modo sicuro e protetto. Questa è la mia esperienza, da non ripetere.

Besides not going very well (after replacing the connector, the PC shuts down as soon as the power cord moves) the PC was returned to me with very deep scratches, with the break of the VGA port and with the split CD / DVD player. On the other hand it is enough to enter to observe how the objects to be repaired are kept in a disorderly and not in a safe and protected way. This is my experience, not to be repeated.

Per la riparazione, mi hanno proposto diverse opzioni di fornitori, con informazione dei prezzi e tempi in modo trasparente. È stato molto disponibile e mi ha mantenuto informata sull'avanzamento della riparazione. Da più di tre mesi il mio pc funziona benissimo.
Sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Super consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multifunzione Hp con problemi allo scanner. Fatto presente che il carrello emetteva rumore sordo , ergo pensavo che il guasto doveva essere inerente all'ingranaggio di movimento. Dopo 7 giorni senza alcuna notizia ho chiamato il titolare che mi ha sconsigliato la riparazione perchè secondo lui era danneggiata la lampada dello scanner e che era necessario sostituire tutto il blocco. Costo della riparazione oltre 50 euro e 20 giorni di tempo per l'arrivo del ricambio. Pagato in anticipo 20 euro per la diagnostica ho ritirato la multifunzione.senza alcuna riparazione
Dopo qualche giorno , un amico mi ha indicato un centro assistenza a Legnano. 10 euro per la diagnostica. Dopo 3 giorni sostituzione carrello e scanner , totale spesa 35 euro. Funziona tutto come se fosse nuova.....

Quest'anno ha salvato il mio computer acquistato presso una grossa catena di distribuzione. Ho una cura maniacale delle mie cose. Alla riconsegna il computer non aveva nemmeno un graffio ( ho controllato con la pila e controluce), tanto meno orrendi segni delle dita su tasti e schermo. Il cavo di ricarica era pulito e riposto in modo ordinato. ( quando l'ho consegnato il cavo non era così pulito).
