Ovviamente c'è sempre tanto caos ed è di passaggio, però Raffaella mi ha sempre trovato un posto e mi ha sempre proposto dei pacchetti e trattamenti che mi sono regalata con piacere. Un bel plus è la possibilità di fare tatuaggio sopracciglia e simili con Benedetta. Grazie a lei ho ricevuto tantissimi complimenti, veramente professionale I found myself very well in this beauty center, especially with Raffaella. Mi consiglia sempre quando venire e chi può seguirmi meglio. Non ho mai preso dei pacchetti ma presto proverò la pressoterapia! Consiglio unghie e sopracciglia, dato che Raffaella è sempre molto attenta e precisa. Grazie! Lo staff è disponibile e sorridente, molto preparato e su appuntamento si possono avere diversi servizi come i trattamenti viso e corpo, manicure, pedicure, ceretta, massaggio e infine gel semipermanente. Dalle foto si può notare il posto, accogliente..giovanile e pulito..e dalla foto del listino si possono vedere i vari servizi che offrono. Ho notato che alcune clienti si sono lamentate xché hanno atteso molto nonostante l'appuntamento preso precedentemente..devo dire che a me non mi è mai capitato. Questo centro lo consiglio x la loro professionalità e disponibilità. The center is located inside the Il Gigante di Castellanza shopping center .. it is located right in front of the supermarket checkouts. The staff is helpful and smiling, very prepared and by appointment you can have different services such as face and body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, massages and finally semi-permanent gel. From the photos you can see the place, welcoming .. young and clean .. and from the photo of the price list you can see the various services they offer. I noticed that some customers have complained because they have waited a long time despite the appointment made previously .. I must say that it never happened to me. I recommend this center for their professionalism and availability.

Ho dovuto fare mansioni che non mi aspettavano, mi hanno fatto pulire tutti gli scaffali compreso negozio. Mi hanno mandato a prendere l'acqua dentro il supermercato mentre loro si facevano i fatti loro tra cui mangiare e treccine. Non mi hanno fatto fare pausa per 5 ore che ero lì. Mi hanno cacciata solo perché avevo chiesto se potevo sedermi a guardare siccome era tutto il giorno che pulivo e sistemavo tutto il loro disordine. In più non mi hanno neanche segnato le mie ore. Mi hanno trattata molto molto male. Non consiglio a nessuno di andarci. As an intern I had a very bad experience, rude staff, very presumptuous. I had to do tasks that did not expect me, they made me clean all the shelves including the shop. They sent me to fetch water from the supermarket while they did their business including eating and braids. They didn't let me take a break for the 5 hours I was there. They only kicked me out because I asked if I could sit and watch as I was cleaning and tidying up all their mess all day. Plus they didn't even mark my hours. They treated me very, very badly. I don't recommend anyone to go there.

E sia da cliente, che da insegnante posso solo essere molto contenta di vedere realizzate le ragazze . Staff preparato , gentile, accogliente. Una vera fortuna per chi può anche avere solo la possibilità di fare uno stage , che poi può diventare un buon posto di lavoro. Ho acquistato su Groupon il pacchetto da 3 manicure ma dopo la prima seduta non sono più tornata perché mi hanno devastato le unghie con la fresa. I soldi risparmiati su Groupon gli ho dovuti usare per gli integratori e gli smalti rafforzanti. Per me dovrebbero chiudere. Rude, boorish and ARROGANT girls! And utterly incompetent, it seems like they're just there to do you a favor. I bought the 3 manicure package on Groupon but after the first session I never came back because my nails were devastated with the cutter. The money saved on Groupon I had to use for supplements and fortifying nail polishes. For me they should close.

Il giorno in cui sono stata lì era presente una sola operatrice in evidente difficoltà nel gestire i vari appuntamenti e non so se è per tale ragione che non ho ricevuto una pedicure soddisfacente. Poiché l'applicazione dello smalto non è stata fatta bene, son dovuta tornare il mattino seguente per una nuova applicazione... L'ambiente è molto disordinato e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. Personalmente non tornerò.
