★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho dato a questo ciarlatano il mio portatile da riparare restituito come funzionante secondo lui, arrivato a casa dopo un paio di minuti si rispegne senza dare segni di vita. Ho dovuto riportarlo e dopo più di un mese con solleciti mi è stato detto che bisognava cambiare la scheda madre. Do il mandato di aprire il portatile e informarsi per il costo di tale scheda madre ma dopo ancora 1 mese causa anche del look down mi fa sapere che non l'ha trovata e quindi non si può fare nulla. A questo punto gli dico di richiudere il portatile che sarei passato a ritirarlo. Dopo un paio di settimane mi presento in negozio e il mio portatile era ancora aperto e non assemblato. Sono costretto così a tornare il giorno dopo e farmi ancora 40 km tra andata e ritorno. Per concludere ho portato il PC in un altro negozio e ho scoperto che nel chiudere il portatile questo fenomeno perso 3 viti e ha dimenticato di rimettere la batteria tampone del BIOS. Mi ha fatto pagare pure 15€ . Da farti chiudere quel buco di negozio che ti ritrovi
I gave this charlatan my laptop to be repaired, returned as working according to him, when he arrived home after a couple of minutes it turns off without giving any signs of life. I had to bring it back and after more than a month with reminders I was told that the motherboard needed to be changed. I give the mandate to open the laptop and inquire about the cost of this motherboard but after another 1 month also due to the look down he lets me know that he has not found it and therefore nothing can be done. At this point I tell him to close the laptop that I would have gone to pick it up. After a couple of weeks I show up in the shop and my laptop was still open and unassembled. So I am forced to return the next day and do another 40 km there and back. To conclude, I took the PC to another store and found that when closing the laptop this phenomenon lost 3 screws and forgot to put the BIOS backup battery back in. He also charged me € 15. To get you to close that hole in the shop that you find yourself

Recentemente mi sono recata da Cristian per chiedergli informazioni per installare in quel portatile (sistema windows 11) una stampante laser di ultima generazione per cui non sono disponibili i drive windows 11. Ho chiesto anche di apportare alcune modifiche al PC secondo le mie esigenze
E' una persona competente gentile e disponibile, mi ha restituito la stampante configurata ed il PC con le modifiche da me richieste nel giro di poche ore
A few months ago I bought a refurbished laptop in good condition from the store. I recently went to Cristian to ask him for information to install on that laptop (windows 11 system) a latest generation laser printer for which windows 11 drives are not available. I also asked to make some changes to the PC according to my needs
He is a competent person, kind and helpful, he returned the configured printer and the PC with the changes I requested within a few hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato qualche tempo fa il notebook di mia moglie a riparare. Tempi lunghissimi, il ragazzo sgarbato e qualità scadente oltre che prezzo alto. Inoltre il lavoro eseguito male, portato in un altro centro assistenza che mi hanno risolto immediatamente il problema che il signore aveva solo che peggiorato. Ho chiamato per avere chiarimenti ma non ricevo mai risposta. Al momento del ritiro il negozio si presentava molto disordinato e sporco e non riusciva a trovare il mio dispositivo,. Lo sconsiglio, mi sono trovato molto meglio altrove.
