★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'agenzia è una piccola sucursale di una altra agenzia in Milano centro. Il personale è identico.
Non posso parlare bene né parlare male di questi. Semplicemente fanno il loro lavoro in modo onesto. Il problema è appunto il loro lavoro. Un altro anello nella catena tra il cliente e il fornitore. Semplicemente un rallentamento nelle comunicazioni tra il cliente e Vodafone. Quando la mia azienda ha avuto davvero bisogno, ci siamo ritrovati tanti costi nascosti, perché a chiamare uno, a chiamare l'altro nessuno dava indicazioni precise e più che altro erano intenti a vendere nuovi servizi.
Non vuoi più questo servizio perché non ti serve? Guarda, anzichè 10 te lo faccio pagare 1 (quindi ho sempre pagato 9 in più) basta che te lo tieni per altri 2 anni.
È quello il trucco, farvi sconti incredibili per servizi che non usate, ogni volta obbligandoti a rimanere "altri due anni".
Lasciamo stare.
Una ricaricabile costa meno e se non funziona, l'assistenza è più o meno identica.

I cannot speak well or speak ill of these. They just do their job honestly. The problem is their job. Another link in the chain between the customer and the supplier. Simply a slowdown in communications between the customer and Vodafone. When my company really needed it, we found ourselves many hidden costs, because to call one, to call the other no one gave precise indications and more than anything else they were intent on selling new services.
You no longer want this service because you don't need it? Look, instead of 10 I make you pay 1 (so I always paid 9 more) as long as you keep it for another 2 years.
That's the trick, giving you incredible discounts for services you don't use, each time forcing you to stay "another two years".
Never mind.
A rechargeable one costs less and if it doesn't work, the assistance is more or less identical.
