★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non è facile oggi trovare un PC da gaming nel senso stretto del termine, perché chi è davvero appassionato è anche pignolo sui singoli componenti. Cercavo un PC dalle dimensioni contenute ma potente e sono rimasto fedele alla famiglia MSI. Sul sito NEXT, con mia grande gioia, ho trovato la possibilità di configurare ogni singolo componente del mio nuovo PC, modificando qualche pezzo "di default" che la configurazione base proponeva. Questo servizio sul loro sito è già di per se ottimo (disponibile anche per altre marche). L'ordine è stato rapido e la comunicazione sia col negozio che con la sede centrale è stata essenziale ma sempre precisa e puntuale nelle risposte. Il processore che desideravo non era di facile reperibilità ma, a fronte di una attesa un filo più lunga, il personale NEXT si è dato da fare e ha trovato un processore per la mia configurazione nel tempo promesso. Sono andato a ritirare il PC di persona e ho trovato personale preparato e gentile.
Sicuramente sarà il mio primo riferimento d'ora in poi quando avrò bisogno di materiale "serio" per il mio passatempo preferito.
Grazie ancora a tutti, sia ai ragazzi del negozio di Monza che a tutto il resto del personale. Continuate così.
 It is not easy today to find a gaming PC in the strict sense of the term, because who is really passionate is also picky about the individual components. I was looking for a small but powerful PC and I remained faithful to the MSI family. On the NEXT site, to my great joy, I found the possibility to configure every single component of my new PC, modifying some "default" pieces that the basic configuration proposed. This service on their site is already excellent in itself (also available for other brands). The order was quick and communication with both the shop and the headquarters was essential but always precise and punctual in the answers. The processor I wanted was not easy to find but, faced with a longer wait, the NEXT staff got busy and found a processor for my configuration in the promised time. I went to pick up the PC in person and found trained and kind staff.
It will certainly be my first reference from now on when I need "serious" material for my favorite pastime.
Thanks again to everyone, both to the guys from the Monza store and to all the rest of the staff. Keep it up.

Ho ordinato una scheda video sul sito con ritiro in negozio. Visto il momento sapevo che l'attesa sarebbe stata lunga, non avevo mai acquistato da questo sito ma ho voluto dargli fiducia, così l'ho scelto rispetto ad altri che offrivano lo stesso prodotto. Durante le settimane di attesa, visto che la spedizione non era ancora in programma, mi hanno contattato per offrirmi un'altra scheda video allo stesso prezzo, ma con prestazioni inferiori. Ho scelto di aspettare. Dopo parecchie settimane vengo finalmente contattato per essere avvisato che l'ordine è in arrivo, tuttavia mi viene anche comunicato che per avere il prodotto avrei dovuto pagare circa 300€ in più rispetto al prezzo dell'ordine oppure avrebbero annullato l'ordine.
Ad oggi mi trovo l'ordine annullato da parte loro e soprattutto l'impossibilità di ordinare il prodotto altrove, dal momento che parecchi rivenditori non permettono più di ordinare i prodotti finché non hanno smaltito gli ordini in corso.
Venditore per niente affidabile e chiaramente lo sconsiglio.
ATTENTION SELLER NOT RELIABLE
I ordered a video card on the site with in-store pickup. Given the moment I knew the wait would be long, I had never bought from this site but I wanted to trust it, so I chose it over others who offered the same product. During the weeks of waiting, as the shipment was not yet scheduled, they contacted me to offer me another video card at the same price, but with lower performance. I have chosen to wait. After several weeks I am finally contacted to be notified that the order is on its way, however I am also informed that to have the product I would have had to pay around € 300 more than the order price or they would have canceled the order.
To date I find the order canceled by them and above all the impossibility to order the product elsewhere, since many retailers no longer allow you to order products until they have disposed of the orders in progress.
Seller not at all reliable and clearly I do not recommend it.

My PC could no longer turn on. I took it to the Next guys who in a few hours identified the problem and solved it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mai più mi sognerò di comprare un pc ASUS, 1700 euro dopo 8 mesi si spacca una tasto (la scocca sopra) mentre stavo digitando (sono uno sviluppare software e in 15 anni non ho mai visto una cosa simile), mando in garanzia e dopo quasi 2 settimane(sendiamo un velo pietoso dei tempi, il centro assistenza è 15 min da casa mia) mi dicono che per riparalo devono sostituire tutta la tastiera e che non è compreso nella garanzia, morale 130 euro... Ricapitolando 8 mesi di PC per la pessima scelta dei materiali si danneggia e hanno il coraggio di chiedermi 130 di riparazioni. Per fortuna parliamo di un pc asus top di gamma (1700e!) immaginate i materiali di quelli economici.
Never again will I dream of buying an ASUS PC, 1700 euros after 8 months a key breaks (the shell above) while I was typing (I am a software developer and in 15 years I have never seen such a thing), I send under warranty and after almost 2 weeks (we send a merciful veil of the times, the service center is 15 min from my house) they tell me that to repair it they have to replace the entire keyboard and that it is not included in the warranty, moral 130 euros ... Summarizing 8 months of PC for the poor choice of materials it gets damaged and they have the courage to ask me for repairs. Fortunately we are talking about a top of the range Asus PC (1700e!) Imagine the materials of the cheap ones.
