★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto a questo studio in fase di separazione consensuale e devo dire che mi sono trovato decisamente male: L'accondiscendenza nel trattare le richieste della parte opposta e il frettoloso modo di operare mi ha portato a "strappare" un pessimo accordo di separazione.
Fortunatamente per il divorzio mi sono rivolto a un'altro avvocato più interessato ai miei interessi strappando un'accordo nettamente migliore.
Magari sono stato sfortunato trovandomi in un periodo di carico particolare per lo studio, ma per la mia personale esperienza non mi sento di consigliarlo a nessuno (specialmente uomini in fase di divorzio).
I turned to this study in the phase of consensual separation and I must say that I found myself very badly: The condescension in dealing with the requests of the opposite side and the hasty way of working led me to "tear up" a bad separation agreement.
Fortunately for the divorce, I turned to another lawyer who was more interested in my interests and got a much better deal.
Maybe I was unlucky finding myself in a particular study period, but for my personal experience I would not recommend it to anyone (especially men in divorce).
