I was favorably impressed by the professionalism of the courtesy and competence of the manager of the Fastweb store in Garbagnate in Milan, certainly Christian, who gave me the right "tips" to solve a problem for the application of two cameras to be used remotely for a problem of security and remote control of an over 80 year old relative of mine who lives alone.This is also an opportunity to advise other customers to contact the great Christian in safety.Thank you again

Sono stata al centro commerciale di Arese e ho avuto un grosso problema in quanto non mi hanno assistito con la mia richiesta e addirittura mi hanno attivato un servizio non richiesto.
Con l'aiuto dei ragazzi siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema. Grazie grazie grazie:)

Buffa mi ha supportato in tutte la fasi del passaggio, risolvendo alcuni problemi sorti con TIM che richiedeva il pagamento di penali non dovute. Con i consigli del Sig. Buffa tutto si è risolto. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di rivolgersi al personale di questo negozio, tutti molto preparati e gentilissimi. Io sono molto soddisfatto.
I turned to the Comfortel store to change operator, switching from TIM to Fastweb. Mr. Buffa supported me in all phases of the transition, solving some problems that arose with TIM which required the payment of undue penalties. With the advice of Mr. Buffa everything was resolved. I highly recommend everyone to contact the staff of this shop, all very well prepared and very kind. I am very satisfied.
