★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devo dire che io in quanto possa relazionarmi con i clienti visti i 11 anni di esperienza e con il lavoro di oggi che devo spiegare e accedere a semplici app posso dire che mi sono sentita molto in imbarazzo..oltre a essere tornata ben per la 4 volta per risolvere un problema di pagamento con il mio webcube( ma il realta nemmeno era loro il problema del risolvere visto che era un problema di sede) ma la ragazza che mi ha seguito oltre a chiedermi password private ha pure messo mano al mio telefono privato girando tranquillamente e aprendo app nel mio telefono come se fosse suo. La trovo una cosa abbastanza irritante, ho capito che cercava di aiutarmi ma non mi sembra proprio il caso, il modo non è giusto perché se Lo fa anche con altri potrebbe risultare un problema. Il mio problema ė stato come risolto, 4 stelle SOLO per la simpatia e la professionalità del collega che ho avuto piacere di conoscere nel mio vecchio lavoro in pasticceria! L attenzione del cliente a questi particolari sono veramente importanti. Se dovessi aver qualche problema tornerò solo se il collega è presente o cambio punto vendita. Mi dispiace.

I find it quite irritating, I understood that he was trying to help me but it does not seem the case, the way is not right because if He does it also with others it could be a problem. My problem has been solved, 4 stars ONLY for the friendliness and professionalism of the colleague I had the pleasure of meeting in my old pastry job! Customer attention to these details are really important. If I have any problems I will return only if the colleague is present or I change the point of sale. I'm sorry.
