★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo negozio di telefonia, dove però il personale è un pò scortese!! Bisognerebbe ricordare che la cortesia a contatto con il pubblico dovrebbe essere al primo posto!! E ricordarsi di fornire le giuste informazioni al cliente, perchè al giorno d'oggi il cliente ha ben molti modi di informarsi (e a volte ne sà addirittura più del negozio!!)!! Quindi prestate molta attenzione a quello che vi dicono per non farvi fregare!!

And remember to provide the right information to the customer, because nowadays the customer has many ways of getting information (and sometimes he even knows more than the shop !!) !! So pay close attention to what they tell you to not get fooled !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago un cambio tariffa in negozio tramite addebito su cc, dopo 2 mesi mi viene notificata irregolarità nel suddetto pagamento, ovvero non è stato effettuato. Torno, pago tramite bancomat e mi viene richiesto 1€ come commissione per pagamento (non è affisso avviso all'interno del negozio) e la spiegazione è "sempre meno che 1,60 che richiedono in posta". Preferibile stesso servizio in altri punti vendita
I pay a rate change in the shop by debit on the cc, after 2 months I am notified of irregularities in the aforementioned payment, that is, it has not been made. I come back, pay by debit card and I am asked for 1 € as a commission for payment (no notice is posted inside the shop) and the explanation is "always less than 1.60 that they require in the mail".
