Avevo bisogno di sottoscrivere la portabilità anche della Sim del mio telefono alla Tre, ma hanno omesso di informarmi che avrei avuto diritto alla tariffa agevolata All-In Plus, proponendomi una soluzione più costosa che non ho sottoscritto. Sono stata illuminata al centro Tre di IperCoop Novara. Dopo più di un mese, stesso trattamento pessimo: ci hanno detto che l’offerta All-In Prime Summer per Te, non era più disponibile. La stessa sera, al centro Tre di c.so Torino a Novara, ho fatto la portabilità di due Sim con quel piano tariffario ancora disponibilissimo. Risultato: ho fatto 70 km in più grazie al’incompetenza o la voglia di trattare con sufficienza il cliente. Mi dispiace, ma non ci torno mai più!

Result: I did 70 km more thanks to the incompetence or the desire to treat the customer sufficiently. I'm sorry, but I'll never go back!
