Solo dopo mia insistenza mi ha detto che l'offerta era scaduta il giorno prima. Tornata a casa ho controllato e......mi ha preso in giro .....l'offerta è valida fino al 4/2/2017 Bad ..... gave me false info. I had asked for an offer to have more internet (I had seen it on your site) and he did not let me know. Only after my insistence did he tell me that the offer had expired the day before. Back home I checked and ...... he made fun of me ..... the offer is valid until 4/2/2017

Sono entrato in negozio con l' intenzione di prolungare il mio contratto con loro, di fronte ho trovato una persona altezzosa ai limiti dell'arroganza, che non provava nemmeno a capire le mie ragioni anzi cercava di sminuire la mia conoscenza. Molto deluso spero qualcun'altro possa essere trattato meglio di quanto lo sono stato io. As usual, the "old subscriber" is treated as a piece of feet. I entered the store with the 'intention to extend my contract with them, I found a person in front of the haughty arrogance limits, he did not feel even understand my reasons indeed tried to downplay my knowledge. Very disappointed I hope someone else can be treated better than I was.

Ho trovato un tipo sui 50 anni altezzoso e molto maleducato, mi ha detto che dovevo pagarlo 10€ perché mi spiegasse la procedura da fare, ha alzato la voce mi ha trattato come un ignorante. Sono andata in un altro negozio 3 ed in 5 minuti hanno risolto il mio problema con gentilezza ed educazione. Complimenti! I have been to this shop 3 to inquire about how to close my subscription. I found a guy about 50 years old who is haughty and very rude, he told me that I had to pay him € 10 to explain the procedure to be done, he raised his voice he treated me like an ignorant. I went to another shop 3 and in 5 minutes they solved my problem with kindness and education. Congratulations!
