B	Barbara barby on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una macchina da caffè didi mini della Borbone in promozione a 99€ con delle cialde in regalo di varie miscele ovviamente Borbone e mi sono accorta fin da subito che la macchina erogava caffè in modo veloce e acquoso e senza crema pur essendo caldo quindi il giorno successivo mi sono recata al punto vendita dove avevo fatto l'acquisto per avere delucidazioni o la sostituzione vista la possibilità per legge di poter restituire o cambiare la macchina nei tempi previsti dalla legge stessa e mi è stato detto dalla responsabile che se la macchina eroga caffè caldo per lei funziona correttamente e che dovevo rivolgermi al centro dell'assistenza cosa che ho fatto subito e mi è stato detto che dovevo contattare la casa costruttrice e allora ho chiamato e mi hanno ribadito il fatto che non cì sono altre soluzioni che sostiuirla con una nuova o in alternativa a discrezione del punto vendita con un altro modello perchè la legge impone che entro i sette giorni l'acquirente ha il diritto di rimborso o sostituzione anche in assenza di difetti figuriamoci se non funziona correttamente e quindi appena mi arriverà l'email di Borbone andrò a sostituirla sperando di non trovare altre ostruzioni da parte della responsabile che in apparenza sembrava gentile ma in relazione con i clienti nel post vendita mi pare poco seria e responsabile e quindi non posso di certo consigliarlo come negozio mi dispiace.... Devo invece dire che le ragazze che lavorano sono molto disponibili e professionali.
