Le ragazze che ho trovato in quel momento comunque son state tutte gentili in quanto mi hanno salutata ma senza starmi addosso e lasciandomi dare un occhio in tranquillità ! Prezzi molto buoni e davvero una vasta scelta !

The girls I found at that moment, however, were all kind as they greeted me but without being on me and letting me take a quiet eye! Very good prices and really a wide selection!

Ho acquistato un paio di orecchini per bambine ma all'arrivo a casa ho notato quello che di sicuro e un vizio di produzione.....un problema di simmetria .
Chiamo in negozio poche ore dopo accettano di cambiare l'articolo ma quando lo avranno. Negano la richiesta di rimborso per vizio di produzione.
Vado in negozio con tanto di appunti fatti dal mio legale di fiducia.
Accettano il rimborso.....dopo aver illustrato la normativa....
Attenti perché i diritti del consumatore a volte mi pare vengono interpretati a caso.
Purtroppo ho dovuto esprimere questo parere negativo....
Mi dispiace per il titolare dell'attività....spero che prenda nota.
Unfortunately I have to express my disagreement with the way in which the after sales service is managed.
I bought a pair of earrings for girls but on arrival at home I noticed what for sure is a manufacturing defect ..... a symmetry problem.
I call the shop a few hours later they agree to change the item but when they get it. They deny the refund request for manufacturing defect.
I go to the shop with a lot of notes made by my lawyer.
They accept the reimbursement ..... after having explained the legislation ....
Be careful because the rights of the consumer sometimes seem to me to be interpreted at random.
Unfortunately I had to express this negative opinion ....
Sorry for the business owner .... hope he takes note.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently got engaged during our vacation, which was a wonderful surprise, but the ring didn't fit due a misunderstanding between American and European sizes...fyi make sure you know the difference. I was so sadden and discouraged because I felt like the ring couldnt be fixed due to the size gap and what THAT manager told me, who didn't care to help at all. I was so upset. I wish she could've been a better representation of the store and their services. That's when Christian, saved the day, not only did he speak English he assured me that everything would be fine and my options on fixing the problem...unlike others that were heartless in the matter. My ring was sent to be fixed and they fixed it within a week. I was at the end of my vacation and Orora made it happen! I was so happy I could return home with my ring free of charge when more gold was added. I would come back and purchase something again. Christian showed understanding and honesty. Great job!
