Ho così provato ad andare in negozio, per capire come potevo recedere dall'offerta per poi attivare quella più vantaggiosa. Mi è stato risposto che (nonostante non fossero ancora passati i 14gg) non potevo recedere dal contratto in nessun altro modo, se non aspettando la chiamata dal tecnico, (che devo ancora ricevere a12 gg dalla proposta) e dicendo a lui di rifiutare l'intervento. A questo punto ho chiamato la compagnia telefonica che mi ha finalmente (dopo vari tentativi) detto, che bastava scaricare un modulo dal sito, per poi mandarlo compilato e firmato con raccomandata o PEC. Se il negoziante fosse stato più attento nel cercare di venire incontro alle mie esigenze, che a scusare se stesso, sarei certamente rimasto più soddisfatto. Perché se ho preferito rivolgermi a lui che ad una figura dietro un computer o ad un telefono, era per avere un appoggio in una materia in cui non sono competente.
