Ieri ho acquistato un body che era nella zona SALDI AL 50%, ma uscendo controllo lo scontrino e noto che mi è stato applicato solo il 30, così entro e mi rispondono che qualche cliente doveva aver spostato l'articolo nella zona sbagliata. Oggi sono tornata per cambiare un altro articolo e vedo che nuovamente i body come quelli che avevo acquistato erano nella zona 50%, nonostante mi riconfermano essere scontati solo del 30. Ma non poteva essere stata una cliente sbadata se TUTTE le taglie di quell'articolo si trovavano lì. Ma allora perché non avevano provveduto a correggere l'errore quando avevo fatto la segnalazione ieri? Sembra sia stato lasciato così proprio per comodità. Capisco la prima svista, ma se non viene corretta dopo la prima segnalazione, mi fa pensare che fosse una svista, per loro, conveniente. Spero di no, in ogni caso poca organizzazione e professionalità.
I would not go back to this store. Yesterday I bought a bodysuit that was in the SALE area at 50%, but on checking out the receipt and I notice that only 30 was applied, so I come in and they tell me that some customer must have moved the item to the wrong area. Today I came back to change another article and I see that again the bodysuits like the ones I had purchased were in the 50% area, although they confirm that they are only discounted by 30. But it couldn't have been a careless customer if ALL the sizes of that article they were there. So why didn't they correct the error when I made the report yesterday? It seems to have been left so right for convenience. I understand the first oversight, but if it is not corrected after the first report, it makes me think that it was a convenient oversight for them. I hope not, in any case, little organization and professionalism.

Questa mattina a negozio appena aperto mi viene detto che non solo non ne avevano più disponibili ma non era possibile neamche ordinarlo !Ora non do la colpa al negozio ma alla politica aziendale ! IL SOTTOSCRITTO DA INTIMISSIMI NON AVRÀ PIÙ UN CENTESIMO! COMPORTAMENTO VERGOGNOSO E NON CORRETTO DA PARTE DELL'AZIENDA!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La commessa che mi ha seguita oggi è stata molto cortese, disponibile e veloce, come anche molte altre in passato.
Da un pezzo non producono più molti perizomi, neanche quelli basici in pizzo, storici per il marchio, soprattutto non colorati, tengono solo i colori base, purtroppo...
Oggi ho saputo, che, anche determinate taglie di reggiseno, non si troveranno più in negozio ma solo on-line, quindi bisognerà ordinarle nella speranza che vadano bene.
Altra cosa che mi é dispiaciuta è non aver trovato le canotte in seta, quelle in pizzo, coordinate con nessuno dei 2 completi acquistati.
Ehhh per cortesia...abbassate quegli appendi abiti nei camerini...non tutti siamo alti 1,80...grazie
