★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia recensione riguarda le commesse perché gli articoli venduti sono buoni e li acquisto ormai da anni... Sono entrata stasera alle 19.35 (il negozio chiude alle 20) e c'era ancora gente. Ad un certo punto una delle tre commesse fa spegnere alcuni luci del negozio.. Sembrava stessero per chiudere a breve quando invece mancavano circa venti minuti alla chiusura!! Dal retro nei camerini esce una signora chiedendo di far accendere le luci visto che la figlia si stava cambiando... Io dico: ok manca poco all'orario di chiusura.. Ma un minimo di rispetto per le persone ancora in negozio che per di più stanno facendo acquisti!! Capisco che è sabato sera e si è stanche ma così non ci si comporta! Lavoro anche io a contatto con il pubblico ed il cliente prima di tutto!! Se il cliente non compra più da me, sono la prima a rimetterne!! Se tezenis perde clienti, anche le collaboratrici perdono lavoro!!
 My review is about orders because the items sold are good and I have been buying them for years ... I went in tonight at 7.35pm (the shop closes at 8pm) and there were still people. At one point one of the three orders turns off some lights in the shop .. It seemed they were about to close shortly when instead there were about twenty minutes to close! From the back in the dressing rooms a lady comes out asking to have the lights come on since her daughter was changing ... I say: ok, close to closing time .. But a minimum of respect for the people still in the shop. more are shopping !! I understand that it is Saturday night and we are tired but we do not behave like this! I also work in contact with the public and the customer first of all !! If the customer no longer buys from me, I'm the first to put it back !! If tezenis loses customers, even the collaborators lose their jobs !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Commessa questa sconosciuta, le chiedi degli slip da abbinare a una canotta e ti risponde di cercarteli che è tutto esposto. Mercoledì primo pomeriggio due settimane a Natale. Si sarebbe meritata che le mettessi tutto sottosopra ma sono stata gentile e me ne sono andata senza prendere niente...e non sono stata la sola anche altri clienti sono usciti come me a mani vuote lamentandosi.
This unknown shop assistant, you ask her for briefs to match a tank top and she replies to look for them that everything is exposed. Wednesday early afternoon two weeks at Christmas. She deserved that I turned everything upside down but I was kind and left without taking anything ... and I wasn't the only one, other customers like me came out empty-handed complaining.
