SCONSIGLIATO Il negozio da fuori sembra enorme ma non aspettatevi molta scelta … i design sono anche carini ma il servizio è pessimo. al primo ordine ci hanno venduto un tavolo che i fornitori non potevano produrre costringendoci a virare su un’altra scelta ( con un prezzo più alto ) . Dopo questo errore ci avevano dato una data di consegna a un mese dall’ordine ( nei primi di ottobre ), arrivato il giorno non abbiamo nessuna comunicazione da parte del negozio e ci interessiamo noi, per un paio di giorni ci dicono che il prodotto è arrivato ma le carte per la consegna non sono entrate a sistema quindi non potevano organizzarci la consegna. Dopo una settimana e ripetute telefonate il direttore ci liquida dicendoci che c’è carenza di materiali e il prodotto non è pronto ma che arriverà sicuramente prima di Natale . Il 21 dicembre dato che non abbiamo avuto notizie richiamiamo e il prodotto non è ancora arrivato. Una continua presa in giro insomma. Stiamo ancora aspettando.

Vogliamo condividere la nostra personale esperienza, in quanto ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo e siamo super soddisfatti del nostro acquisto! Innanzitutto siamo stati seguiti per il nostro progetto dal Sig. Giovanni, (venditore molto cordiale, efficiente e disponibile) che ha capito al meglio quello che noi volevamo e con lui un ringraziamento anche al Direttore della sede di Vicenza che abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere, il quale ci ha ‘trattato’ benissimo. Abbiamo acquistato da loro una cucina completa più una seconda parete parallela alla cucina, adibita a dispensa. Il materiale è massiccio, ogni anta ha cerniere a rallento e tutto è arrivato bene imballato e maneggiato con cura dai due montatori che sono usciti per il montaggio. Abbiamo riscontrato solo due piccolissimi difetti sulla cucina che sono stati comunque subito segnalati da loro e sostituiti nel giro di un mese circa dalla prima consegna. Possiamo sinceramente dire di essere davvero super soddisfatti di aver acquistato da Casa Tua di Torri sotto tutti gli aspetti, economico, qualità e serietà!

Very friendly and Great customer service

The staff was very rude and obviously not interested in selling anything to me. Really liked one of their pieces but would not buy it because of the staff.

Awful service. The initial delivery did not arrive on time. When it arrived, the item had a broken piece, and I've been waiting 9 months for it to be replaced. To top it off, the delivery man broke my light fixture. I am also waiting for that to be reimbursed.

AVOID THIS PLACE ! Absolutely terrible ! The service that we received was incomplete and borderline criminal negligence. Since November of 2017 we have tried to squire items that have already been PAID for they are still incomplete. After several face to face meetings and phone calls with the Casa Tua in Vicenza located near the Piramidi shopping center. We also are missing parts that were already paid for that never arrived after multiple conversations. They estimated every thing to be delivered by December before Christmas. We didn't start to receive anything until January 22 after we had made several phone calls. We ordered a bedroom set that came with a mirror. They brought it to be set and one of the shelves delivered was broken. Okay no problem. We had to notify the same Casa tua but they would not give us a date. They didn't deliver the ONE shelf until MARCH! Then made up an excuse as to why they couldn't deliver the mirror claiming that it was never a part of the order even though we ALREADY PAID! Our 3-part TV stand was delivered in February but they brought the wrong shelving top for a small section of the TV set and told me it would take another 10 DAYS to get a new one that should have been there in the first place! At this point we have been calling the front desk, emailing management and going over in person and being ignored by the manager ( Patricia ). We also had a hard time ordering additional shelves from them that they just delivered yesterday. When we went in person to complain because our furniture was still ( and is still ) incomplete , we watched as one of the ladies at the counter put in a work order for them to come mount the last piece, deliver the extra shelves we already paid for, and deliver the smaller shelf to put on the part of the 3 piece TV set. She said that we would have to wait until April and that they would call us when it's ready to be delivered. She also claimed that she did not know that the last piece of the TV set was not mounted even though I watched the workers sign the documents saying that it was not. As of now we are still sitting with a giant shelf in our second bedroom and they are refusing to place it. When the workers finally came yesterday , they told me they did not have a work order to place it. When we called the same Casa Tua in Vicenza they said they we have to call the next day. Again they are ignoring us ! I'm sick and tiered of this company and I never want myself or anyone to ever have to deal with them. They steal your money, ignore you, they lie , and they are rude when servicing you !

IKEA-like home-furnishing store. The store sells nice-looking furniture at reasonable prices. Most of the pieces feel like they're lower quality, but the quality vs. price ratio seems right, so you get what you pay for. Pretty decent selection and the staff seemed very friendly as well. We were looking for more upscale options, so we didn't purchase anything, but they provide good options for young people trying to equip a new house on a moderate budget.
