★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina mi sono recata in negozio e un venditore mi ha chiesto se avevo preso un appuntamento, ho risposto di no e gli ho detto che cercavo una soluzione per il soggiorno. Facendomi strada verso l esposizione se n è uscito dicendo che loro hanno determinate Marche e i prezzi sono di un certo tipo, battuta che poteva risparmiarsi perché non sa la mia capacità di spesa. A parte il fatto che non si è nemmeno presentato. Ho spiegato a grandi linee cosa cercavo, mi ha fatto vedere alcune soluzioni, sono rimasta colpita da una patere soggiorno ho fatto alcune domande sulla possibilità di effettuare modifiche, e non è stato esaudiente, ho chiesto un preventivo mi ha detto prezzo e poi se n è andato senza salutare. Risultato, mi sono recata in un altro negozio, ho trovato un venditore professionale, mi ha fatto accomodare in ufficio, mi ha fatto un disegno con alcune soluzioni mi ha fatto vedere schede colori, mi ha parlato di tempi consegna, preventivo alla mano e ho fatto l acquisto e ho speso di più del soggiorno visto in questo negozio.. I venditori d assalto si comportano diversamente da chi è della vecchia scuola ed è professionale.
This morning I went to the shop and a salesman asked me if I had made an appointment, I said no and told him I was looking for a solution for the living room. Making my way to the exhibition he came out saying that they have certain brands and the prices are of a certain type, a joke that could have been saved because he doesn't know my spending power. Except he didn't even show up. I broadly explained what I was looking for, he showed me some solutions, I was struck by a living room experience I asked some questions about the possibility of making changes, and it was not exhaustive, I asked for a quote, he told me the price and then if no went without saying goodbye. Result, I went to another shop, I found a professional seller, he made me sit in the office, he made me a drawing with some solutions, he showed me color cards, he talked to me about delivery times, estimate in hand and I I made the purchase and I spent more than the stay seen in this shop .. The assault salesmen behave differently from those of the old school and are professional.

Grazie professionalità di Maria Rosaria, che ci ha seguito nella progettazione e nel consigliarci la miglior soluzione per la nostra camera. Unico lato non troppo positivo i montatori che hanno rovinato mondando delle parti del mobile. Ma nel giro di un mese contattata l'assistenza ci hanno sostituito due cassetti e fornito il colore per ritoccare le imperfezioni. Anche da qui si vede la professionalità. Bravi!
I bought the furniture for the master bedroom in this shop. Thank you for the professionalism of Maria Rosaria, who followed us in planning and recommending the best solution for our room. The only not too positive side are the fitters who have ruined cleaning parts of the furniture. But within a month contacted the assistance they replaced two drawers and provided the color to touch up the imperfections. Also from here you can see the professionalism. Well done!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo una accurata ricerca abbiamo deciso di acquistare la camera matrimoniale Tomasella, motivati dalla qualità e bellezza dei mobili oltre alla svariata possibilità di personalizzazione e soprattutto per la cura e passione trasmessaci da Maria Rosaria che ci ha accompagnato ed accontentato. La consegna ha pienamente rispettato i tempi previsti anzi abbiamo chiesto di attendere perchè non eravamo ancora pronti. Inoltre un plauso ai montatori che hanno avuto massima attenzione al pavimento in legno ed hanno fatto un ottimo lavoro.
After a careful research we decided to buy the Tomasella double room, motivated by the quality and beauty of the furniture as well as the various possibilities of customization and above all for the care and passion transmitted to us by Maria Rosaria who accompanied and satisfied us. The delivery has fully respected the deadlines, indeed we asked to wait because we were not ready yet. In addition, an applause to the fitters who paid the utmost attention to the wooden floor and did an excellent job.
