Nonostante abitiamo a verona abbiamo concluso qui l'acquisto perché in quel di vr non ci siamo trovati bene. Very nice shop and really top collections! We have just received the sophia model at home, very happy. Although we live in Verona, we concluded the purchase here because we did not find it well in VR.

Incuriositi dal design, abbiamo sentito la necessità di provare le sedute. Molte volte i divani sono belli, poche volte comodi; e quel che è comodo per un componente della famiglia può non esserlo per l'altro. Già al telefono ci rispondono con gran gentilezza indicandoci che il modello che avevamo visto sul sito era presente in store. Una volta arrivati a Vicenza (PS parcheggio antistante lo store, inserito in grande centro commerciale) siamo stati accolti dal signor Corrado. Dopo avergli esposto le caratteristiche che cercavamo nel prodotto, ci ha fatto provare numerose soluzioni, spiegandoci caratteristiche, pro e contro, suggerendoci le tipologie di pellame adatte, mostrando le possibili personalizzazioni dei colori e degli inserti. Non abbiamo trovato un venditore, ma una persona estremamente competente, preparata, educata e gentile. Parte l'ordine: 2 divani. Nonostante il difficile periodo per gli approvvigionamenti delle materie prime, ormai diffuso in tutti i settori, sempre con garbo il sig Corrado si è prodigato riuscendo a farci arrivare i divani in tempo record (poco più di un mese...), permettendoci di arredare il salone per il periodo delle feste. I trasportatori, educatissimi signori del milanese, si sono anche resi disponibili a spostare un divano esistente. I divani sono veramente comodi, avvolgenti, ampi pur non essendo ingombranti, dal design classico modernizzato. Top Kindness, professionalism, quality We found out about the brand almost by chance. Already on the phone they answer us with great kindness indicating that the model we had seen on the site was present in the store. Once we arrived in Vicenza (PS parking in front of the store, located in a large shopping center) we were greeted by Mr. Corrado. After having exposed him the characteristics we were looking for in the product, he made us try numerous solutions, explaining characteristics, pros and cons, suggesting the suitable types of leather, showing the possible customizations of colors and inserts. We did not find a seller, but an extremely competent, prepared, polite and kind person. Part of the order: 2 sofas. Despite the difficult period for the procurement of raw materials, now widespread in all sectors, Mr. Corrado always gracefully did his utmost to get the sofas to us in record time (just over a month ...), allowing us to furnish the hall for the festive period. The transporters, very polite gentlemen of the Milanese, have also made themselves available to move an existing sofa. The sofas are really comfortable, enveloping, large while not bulky, with a modernized classic design. Top
