c	capperi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio. La fattura dei divani rispetto a dieci anni fa quando ne avevo acquistato uno è scesa radicalmente. Pessima pessima pessima qualità. Con tutto quello che costano mi aspetto che valgano ma vedo che in tanti per fortuna la pensano come me. Bocciatissimi I do not recommend. The invoice of the sofas compared to ten years ago when I bought one has dropped dramatically. Bad bad bad quality. With all that they cost I expect them to be worth but I see that luckily many think like me. Very rejected
S	SEBASTIAN LUPERTO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto di fare una modifica al divano un mese e mezzo prima della consegna (mettere la chaise-lounge a sinistra anziché a destra), non mi hanno neanche voluta ascoltare ma continuavano a dire “passato i 15 giorni non puoi più fare nessuna modifica”, veramente poco flessibili e di questi tempi venir incontro a un’esigenza del cliente fa la differenza, si parla comunque di un divano pagato € 2500! Almeno sentire la produzione... I asked to make a change to the sofa a month and a half before delivery (put the chaise-lounge on the left instead of on the right), they didn't even want to listen to me but they kept saying "after 15 days you can't make any changes" , really not very flexible and in these times meeting a customer's need makes the difference, we are talking about a sofa paid for € 2500! At least hear the production ...

Questo dopo soli 3 mesi di utilizzo. Chiamato assistenza, inviato mail, e la risposta datami è: nessuno ha mai avuto quel difetto pertanto non possiamo considerarlo in garanzia!!! Se vuole le sostituiamo il tessuto a sue spese! questo senza che siano mai venuti a controllare! INCREDIBILE!!! Sto valutando se procedere per vie legali, non è ammissibile un comportamento così! Maleducazione nelle risposte perché ho espresso le mie rimostranze (fidandoci della loro data di consegna, abbiamo dato via il divano vecchio e ora siamo in piedi!). Pretendono che sia io a contattare l'azienda, quando il contratto l'ho firmato con loro! Ora sentiranno il mio avvocato

È stato montato male e purtroppo dopo svariate mail, colloqui telefonici con il centro assistenza e con il negozio ci dobbiamo arraniare a sistemarlo. Nessuno si è preso in carico il problema....anzi ci hanno chiesto 35 euro per venire a ritirare i cuscini. Il divano ha 1 mese di vita. Pessima assistenza. Qualità prodotto discreta I buy a sofa for almost 3000 euros. It was badly assembled and unfortunately after several emails, telephone interviews with the service center and with the shop we have to manage to fix it. Nobody took charge of the problem .... indeed they asked us for 35 euros to come and collect the pillows. The sofa is 1 month old. Bad assistance. Fair product quality

Il servizio con lei è stato ottimo, apprezzato il caffè offerto. L'esposizione del negozio ha diverse linee di divani poltrone e puff che aiutano nella scelta. La qualità percepita del prodotto è dei tessuti è ottima. Attendo la consegna ed il montaggio per confermare l'attuale valutazione. We ordered a new sofa assisted by Arianna, who guided us well and carefully in our choices to find our best compromise between budget and needs. The service with her was great, appreciated the coffee offered. The store display has several lines of armchairs and poufs that help in the choice. The perceived quality of the product and of the fabrics is excellent. I await delivery and assembly to confirm the current evaluation.
