★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi darei -5 (meno 5!). Incompetenza nell'assistenza (ci dovemmo disegnare da soli la disposizione, la proposta ci faceva perdere 50 cm di cucina ed era assolutamente ridicola). Incompetenza nel montaggio. La cucina dopo un anno e mezzo sta cadendo a pezzi! (speso 12.000 euro! E quando chiedemmo uno sconto venimmo trattati come pezzenti e ci fu offerto uno sconto di 5 euro, con il commento "pagatevi il caffè"...) I tecnici sono già intervenuti 5 volte, facendo danni sui danni esistenti! Pazzesco! Affidatevi a piccoli produttori/rivenditori, intervengono tempestivamente (non con mille preghiere), hanno buoni montatori e pagate sicuramente meno!

Incompetence in editing. The kitchen after a year and a half is falling apart! (spent 12,000 euros! And when we asked for a discount we were treated like beggars and we were offered a discount of 5 euros, with the comment "pay for your coffee" ...) The technicians have already intervened 5 times, doing damage to the existing damage! Crazy! Rely on small producers / retailers, they intervene promptly (not with a thousand prayers), they have good fitters and you definitely pay less!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una cucina lube presso il punto vendita di Torri di Quartesolo lo scorso novembre..devo dire che il signor sandro non ha dimostrato la professionalità richiesta da questo tipo di lavoro. Non ci ha seguito a dovere e, anzi, ha commesso diversi errori che mi hanno vista costretta a fare modifiche anche estetiche alla cucina che avevo richiesto. Il montaggio è stata un'altra ardua disavventura. Quindi per quanto riguarda il "servizio" e la "competenza" (e mi fermo qui), sulla base della mia esperienza, darei 0 stelle. Ora, per quanto riguarda la qualità in sé della cucina, dopo averla utilizzata (per questo ho aspettato a scrivere una recensione) posso confermare che vale la pena andare ad acquistare da Mondo Convenienza, sia per disponibilità che per competenza del personale che per qualità del prodotto.
I bought a lube kitchen at the Torri di Quartesolo store last November. I must say that Mr Sandro has not demonstrated the professionalism required by this type of work. He did not follow us properly and, in fact, he committed several errors that saw me forced to make aesthetic changes to the kitchen I had requested. The assembly was another arduous mishap. So as for the "service" and the "competence" (and I stop here), based on my experience, I would give 0 stars. Now, as far as the quality of the kitchen itself is concerned, after using it (so I waited to write a review) I can confirm that it is worth going to Mondo Convenienza to buy, both for availability and for the competence of the staff and for the quality of the product.
