Si stava avvicinando un brutto temporale con rischio grandine e considerando che avremmo dovuto valutare l'acquisto di una cucina abbiamo pensato di provare a parcheggiare nel portico davanti al negozio per rimanere il tempo necessario in negozio senza pensieri. Non ho avuto nemmeno il tempo di spegnere il motore che con modo aggressivo è uscito il Sig. Maurizio ad intimarci di parcheggiare altrove fregondosene del fatto che avremmo potuto prendere la grandine e del fatto che a bordo con me ci fosse una donna in cinta e un bambino di 3 anni. Sottolineo che in negozio non c'era nemmeno un cliente... se questo è il modo di accogliere nuovi clienti non ci siamo. Sicuramente non ne parlerò bene e la cucina la prenderò altrove.

I stress that there was not even a customer in the store ... if this is the way to welcome new customers, we are not there. I'm definitely not going to talk about it well and I'll take cooking elsewhere.

Siamo stati seguiti e consigliati da Franca, che per tutto il tempo è stata preparatissima, molto professionale e soprattutto molto paziente con i nostri continui dubbi e indecisioni sul come realizzare al meglio la cucina dei nostri sogni! Alla fine il risultato ha soddisfatto pienamente le aspettative e siamo contentissimi! Perciò, grazie Franca! Faccio i complimenti anche all'amministrazione e al magazzino che sono stati super pazienti e disponibili, e anche ai due installatori che sono stati molto bravi! Consiglio quindi al 100% Arredogroup di Montecchio per tutti questi motivi e penso ci ritornerò se avrò bisogno di altro per la mia casa!

Fin da subito ci siamo trovati bene, seguiti dalla professionalità , disponibilità ed esperienza di Marco che ha saputo trovare soluzioni che sembravano irrealizzabili (almeno per l'altra azienda) e abbiamo anche speso meno! La consegna è stata puntalissima, senza intoppi e precisa. Abbiamo preso cucina, soggiorno, camera da letto e diversi armadi su misura..TOP!
