Anche a me hanno fissato un appuntamento che hanno disdetto senza avvisarmi nemmeno, ma solo perché avevo chiamato io x avere delucidazioni sull'orario.
 I confirm the negative experience of other users. After the purchase the delivery service disappears and you cannot take the line to call them. They also made an appointment for me which they canceled without even notifying me, but only because I had called to have clarifications on the timetable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo l'acquisto sono scomparsi. Preparatevi ad aspettare quasi 2 mesi. Mentre la commessa del negozio ci aveva parlato chiaramente di 2 max 3 settimane. Nel mio caso sono diventati telefonicamente irreperibili. Per parlare con loro preparatevi a telefonare 50 volte, altro che sempre reperibili come dicono loro nella risposta. Nel mio caso non corrisponde a verità. Tutto comprovabile da tabulati telefonici. Solo su nostra insistenza all'ennesimo tentativo hanno fissato un'appuntamento che poi hanno disdetto senza preavviso. Inaccettabile. Servizio post decisamente da migliorare a mio avviso.
After the purchase they disappeared. Be prepared to wait almost 2 months. While the shop assistant had clearly told us about 2 max 3 weeks. In my case they have become untraceable by telephone. To talk to them get ready to call 50 times, other than always available as they say in the answer. In my case it is not true. All proven by telephone records. Only on our insistence to the umpteenth attempt did they set an appointment which they then canceled without notice. Unacceptable. Post service definitely to improve in my opinion.
