Overall the experience is bad as, they do not offer any sort of diagnosis.
If you want them to check your car they will anyway charge you 19€.
Most of the pieces are not in stock and they need to order it, at the end, if you consider the time you loose between appointments and the price that are aligned at the market, is better to go at the official dealership.
