Ti danno appuntamento per un emergenza (mio figlio ha rotto gli occhiali e aveva seri problemi a star senza, vai all'orario indicato e non si fanno trovare!! Ma non solo, no rispondono neanche al telefono. Vergogna. Avoid! They give you an appointment for an emergency (my son broke his glasses and had serious problems staying without them, go at the indicated time and they can't be found !! But not only that, they don't even answer the phone. Shame.

L'unico difetto che c'è è il tempo di attesa della preparazione dei lenti, che purtroppo non dipende dal negozio bensì dal fornitore del materiale... Non avevo problemi di tempo per cui non ero condizionata dalla data di consegna, mi bastava che il lavoro fosse fatto bene. Mio marito ha dovuto rifare gli occhiali e ho ritenuto scontato recarsi lì dove io mi ero trovata bene. Pessima idea! A causa della necessità, ci siamo recati presso l’ottico il 24 dicembre...ovviamente prefestivo e quindi non c’era la pretesa che gli occhiali fossero pronti nell’immediato. La responsabile delle vendite ha detto che gli occhiali sarebbero stati pronti in 8 giorni...trascorsi i quali in seguito a una telefonata...sono diventati 8 giorni lavorativi....e in seguito a una terza telefonata 8 giorni lavorativi senza contare i prefestivi. Mio marito ha ritirato gli occhiali 15 giorni dopo averli ordinati. Il mio giudizio negativo sta nel fatto che poiché non è un ottico esattamente a buon mercato, una indicazione precisa e puntuale dei tempi ci avrebbe concesso di fare degli ulteriori preventivi e risparmiare sicuramente. A questo punto l’ottico risponderà e il sistema non mi permetterà di controbattere...spero solo che questo post sia utile a chi come mio marito aveva un’emergenza ed è stato ingannato da indicazioni di tempo di consegna poco chiari. My husband had to redo his glasses and I took it for granted to go where I was happy. Bad idea! Due to necessity, we went to the optician on 24 December ... obviously the pre-holiday and therefore there was no expectation that the glasses were ready immediately. The sales manager said the glasses would be ready in 8 days ... after which after a phone call ... it became 8 working days .... and following a third call 8 working days not counting the days before holidays. My husband collected the glasses 15 days after ordering them. My negative opinion lies in the fact that since it is not an exactly cheap optician, a precise and timely indication of the times would have allowed us to make further estimates and certainly save money. At this point the optician will respond and the system will not allow me to argue ... I just hope this post is useful for those who, like my husband, had an emergency and were deceived by unclear delivery time indications. As a customer, I felt made fun of. Cinzia Parisi
