★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm, dirty and crowded. No clean restrooms, no soap, no paper towels, no working hand driers. Very few places to sit. Simply awful travel experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful of the ticket vendors for the Pompeii trains. I bought tickets and hurried thru the gate cuz the train was about to depart. I didn't have time to count my change, but the vendor gave me 2 one euro coins instead of the correct 2 two euro coins. Another person was in a hurry to catch the train, so it happened to her also. It was an older, fat man so be on the look out for him and all other vendors. He was friendly, but don't be fooled by that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trains look like this. Pickpockets everywhere, safety is nowhere. Got our wallet stolen while it was in my backpack on my back. The surrounding area is full of homeless thieves. And they say, you're gonna love Naples. Yeah. Maybe sometime when I'm not gonna risk my life and all my gear when I just want to go out for a coffee. Naples not recommended.
