★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiesto di fare il monitoraggio della pressione alla dottoressa, la quale mi ha convinta che l'apparecchio per misurare la pressione fosse quello per il monitoraggio. Ho pagato qualcosa che non avevo chiesto e non ho potuto fare il monitoraggio, dopo che avevo ribadito due volte che volevo monitorare la pressione. Non capisco perchè persone che non riescono nemmeno a capire l'italiano siano in possesso di laurea e abilitazione alla professione. Il sistema universitario va rivisto per renderlo più selettivo. Sembra che per laurearsi basti pagare le tasse all'università
I asked the doctor to do blood pressure monitoring, and she convinced me that the device for measuring blood pressure was the one for monitoring. I paid for something I didn't ask for and couldn't do the monitoring, after I reiterated twice that I wanted to monitor the blood pressure. I don't understand why people who can't even understand Italian have a degree and a qualification for the profession. The university system needs to be revised to make it more selective. It seems that to graduate you just have to pay your tuition at the university

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistate 10 mascherine, richieste per bambini, mi danno mascherine. Con la scritta "taglia piccola", ma non bambini. La dottoressa mi rassicura che andranno bene. Ne provo una alla bimba di 7 anni e le va molto grande. Torno a chiedere il cambio delle altre nove e mi dicono che non é possibile, e non dubito sia così per le norme anticontagio. Ho sbagliato io a prenderne tante e a fidarmi della dottoressa, evidentemente più interessata a vendere che altro.
Buy 10 masks, requested for children, they give me masks. With the word "small size", but not children. The doctor reassures me that they will be fine. I try one for the 7-year-old girl and it fits very big. I go back to ask for the change of the other nine and they tell me that it is not possible, and I have no doubt this is the case for the anti-contagion regulations. I was wrong to take so many and trust the doctor, evidently more interested in selling than anything else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. Don't bother going there if you don't speak italian or know exactly what brand of medicine you need. When asked at the counter for antiseptic cream I was given a cream for contact dermatitis. I applied the cream after coming back from the pharmacy and it started burning my wound....quick Google search revealed that they gave me the wrong cream. I came back to the pharmacy to get the right cream and they refused to replace it to the correct one because I opened it. It was their mistake. I never imagined I have to double check a professional pharmacist.
