★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio avevo bisogno di una medicina importante per la pressione, venerdì sera munita di ricetta medica la dottoressa di turno non ha voluto scansionare la mia ricetta perché era elettronica, con la stessa modalità oggi le ho prese a Novara, stessa ricetta , si è rifiutata! In un epoca dove si deve camminare con green pass elettronico, ti ritrovi con medici che ti danno risposte no non posso stamparla, no non posso scansionare la ricetta. Semplicemente assurdo.
Un medico che si rifiuta di non dare un supporto al paziente non è un medico.

Un medico Che si rifiuta di venire in contro ad un paziente che ha un urgenza non è un medico. La farmacista di turno Era una ragazza con occhiali capelli lisci scuri.

Io avevo la ricetta medica con esenzione totale, però la farmacista, mi diceva che non poteva scansionare la ricetta medica. Ero l' unico cliente in quel momento, quindi, aveva il tempo nel farlo, semplicemente, non lo voleva fare.Mi hanno fatto perdere tempo e benzina. Lo sconsiglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ne vale più la pena. Prezzi buoni ma tutto il resto è deprimente. Da quando sono andati via il Dottor Alessandro e la Dottoressa Simo la farmacia è diventata una bolgia infernale, si sa quando si entra ma non quando si esce. Ero cliente da tanto tempo ma non verrò mai più.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scusate ma il servizio WhatsApp funziona ancora? Mi è capitato più volte che i messaggi non fossero visualizzati per giorni, era un servizio veramente molto comodo, quando esisteva. Inoltre, visto che rispondete alle recensioni, mi premeva chiedere perché non rispondete MAI al telefono! Mi auguro che possiate ritornare efficienti nei sistemi di comunicazione come eravate molti mesi fa, per il momento possa dare solo 1 stella perché non posso meno!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza peessima...il 31 mattina dopo 1 ora e mezza di fila,la dottoressa ci dice che non poteva più effettuare tamponi perché aveva i terminali bloccati,addirittura ci ha richiamato nel momento in cui gli abbiamo fatto notare che poteva mettere un cartello scritto o qualche avviso fuori...cmq hanno continuato così come una fabbrica...il mio tampone è stato inserito a nemmeno 1cm...come potevano fare un buon servizio con tutte quelle persone?un tampone dura almeno 3 minuti!da loro 5 secondi!e per di più sono uscito positivo . Una falsata enorme. Preoccupato faccio in un centro un molecolare che guarda un po' esce negativ,ma ormai la farmacia mi aveva caricato in piattaforma come positivo .. morale della storia e che ho perso il volo di rientro dal valore di 400 euro più 60 euro per il molecolare per colpa dell'incompetenza di qualcuno...altre farmacie danno appuntamento per non creare assembramento e Poi diffidate di test fatti all'aperto sotto un gazebo da mercatino delle pulci

Urlava con parole volgari, davanti a tutti I clienti, dicendo and una sua impiegata, Che lui SE me passava per IL "caxxo" , testuali parole, che Io avevo bisogno del cartaceo per l"antigene, che mi serviva per partire
Alla fine questa povera ed abusata impiegata, mi ha rilasciato un foglio che sarebbe il certificato dell antigene rapid, e si sono cmq rifiutati di mandarmi il messaggio sul mio telefono Inglese per confermare la negativita' ..."Perche' in Italia funziona Cosi signora"...testuali parole. Siete rimasti ad anno zero, altro Che dottore lei dovrebbe vergognarsi del Modo in cui abusa del Suo personale. Le capre Mio Caro dottore, le capre dovrebbee pascolare Disgusting!!!
