★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizio col dire che se volete un dottore gentile, cordiale e con pazienza, non andate a questa farmacia, preferirei andare da un’altra parte più lontana che da quell’arrogante di un dottore.
2 stelle solo perché in caso di emergenza mi sono rivolto a lui, non l’avessi mai fatto però vabbè ci accontentiamo.
Cambiate sotto questo aspetto perché l’arroganza è una brutta bestia, soprattutto voi dottori che è compito vostro occuparvi della brava gente che ha bisogno di qualcosa, altrimenti non apritela nemmeno una farmacia.

I start by saying that if you want a kind, friendly and patient doctor, don't go to this pharmacy, I would prefer to go somewhere farther than that of an arrogant doctor.
2 stars only because in case of an emergency I turned to him, I had never done it, however, we are satisfied.
Change in this respect because arrogance is a bad beast, especially you doctors who are responsible for taking care of the good people who need something, otherwise don't even open a pharmacy.

Disponibilità di un prodotto che solitamente in altre farmacie devo ordinare.
In una situazione di seria difficoltà il dottore mi ha risolto il problema, altrimenti non avrei assolutamente saputo come fare.
Disponibilità, gentilezza, capacità empatica verso il cliente, cordialità.
