Rented a car for 4 days and all just went perfectly - easy and fast handover, no hidden costs and we could return the car a couple of hours before we were supposed to.

If I could I would leave a 0/5 !!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH LUCIA & MARIA. RUN !!!!! I have so much to say: - I forgot my shirt that was very important to me because it was my dead grandmothers' , so I called them to ask if they had it, and LUCIA was very brutal to me by phone and she said "just buy another one" and HANG UP ON ME !!!! I have never ever lived such a bad customer experience. I was in complete shock. When I tried to call back, her colleague Maria had the same attitude. - Than, when we first got to the agency to rent a car, when my friend asked to see the vehicule before signing the papers, she was so mad, she just wanted to get done with it quick, make us sign the papers and let us go to the car - Then, when we arrived to the parking, she showed us a random car and said "there is your car" and she just left. We then realized that our keys didnt open this car and that she left us with the wrong keys for the wrong car. We had to figure ourself which one was the right car on the parking and juts took it and left. How is such a bad customer service even tolerated by their corporate ?

The customer is never right!! Got a car. After few km it has a malfunction . I waited 3 hours for a replacement car. On the return, I brought the car one hour before the rental time but they considered only the original time. They withdrew my credit card with an additional day. Robbery!! Of course I have a long dispute with the customer service. They refuse to return the extra day they withdrew. They company claims in his contract that a replacement car is not due in case of malfunction (!?) According to their explanation I must pay for a delay of 2 hours but they don’t need to pay or reimburse for their 3 hours delay.

Good car hire, Antonine was very helpful. The value for money was excellent , the process was seamless , car was fun and we are pleased with the process . Good job Locauto

I went here after taking the fast train from Florence. I went to Locauto and was greeted by Elena who was so charming and helpful. She helped e pick out a car ( I did NOT have a reservation) and arranged for me to pick it up five hours later after hanging out in Napoli. When I returned, Claudia was there to help me. She even walked me to my car. I will highly recommend this rental car spot in the Naples central train station , MIchael Krikorian
