Después de reservar con 20 días de anticipación. Al llegar al lugar no me quisieron alquilar el vehículo pidiendo documentación que en ningún lado decía, más allá que no me contestaron 3 mail y más de 5 llamados al teléfono.
Viaje con mi familia y nos dejaron sin vehículo a la deriva en el medio de Napoles.
No lo recomiendo para nada.
Y esa persona es quien no se hizo cargo de la reserva.

There are hidden terms in the contract. They are not being fair with the customers!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of using Morini. We have had problem after problem with them. First of all their online booking system does not guarantee you the car at the location they promise. Second of all, their staff are very rude. Finally, they do not inform you of all the hidden terms and conditions beforehand.
