★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place looks cosier than it is. The interior is warm and stylish, making it easy to be drawn in thinking this will be a nice experience. Sadly the staff don’t match the first impression. We visited the bistro/wine bar on a cold and rainy day. It was about 7 degrees outside. Despite the cold and several guests coming here to get a warm pleasant experience, the staff kept and insisted on keeping the front door open. During our visit, two couples tried to close the front door due to the cold, but was denied by the staff. When we tried to order and asked the person behind the counter for recommendations, he wasn’t very interested. He was however, along the rest of the staff, more interested in watching the football game from Serie A that was on the TV installed in the bar. Honestly, football and wine bar don’t mix. This place has so much potential, so sad it falls flat.
