We purchased over $150 Euros in your store last Wednesday and we received rude service from your staff
I suggest that you train your staff to be polite to customers and not yell at them.
I wish you success in the future, but as a consumer, your business will fail due to your current staff, especially the blonde with a big mouth. I have never received such poor service on a vacation like that of your business.
We have been fortunate to visit Venice twice in two years and will not accept the behaviour.
“The customer is always right” is a motto that you should pay attention to. Also, I would recommend teaching your staff to be more empathetic
I apologize for not writing this in Italian, but I hope you take something away from this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacist was extremely helpful and courteous. We needed a rapid covid test and didn’t have an appointment, but she took us in anyways. To those who say that they are not customer centric, I can understand why. In the brief time we were in the pharmacy we observed such rude and arrogant behavior by some fellow tourists. Possibly they have their guard up. Think about it?! I think often times it is a quid pro quo, you get what you give. We were courteous and polite, they were accommodating and attentive. I love my Venetians!
