★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ αγενείς!! Περιμέναμε έξω κ ενώ ήμασταν στο πλάι της πόρτας, έβγαινε μια γυναίκα κ μας έκανε επιδεικτικά με το χέρι πιο πέρα να πάμε.... μήπως να φύγουμε κιόλας; δεκ ενοχλούσαμε στην είσοδο. Η πλειοψηφία των Ιταλών είναι εξυπηρετική εδω όμως αγενείς! Χρειαζόμασταν rapid για να ταξιδέψουμε κ περιμέναμε γιατι εδώ έχουν ραντεβού. Στη Ρώμη μας εξυπηρέτησαν αμέσως στο φαρμακείο. Δεν το προτείνω.
 Very rude !! We were waiting outside and while we were at the side of the door, a woman was coming out and she ostentatiously made us go further with our hand .... maybe we should leave? we were not bothered at the entrance. The majority of Italians are helpful but rude here! We needed a quick trip and we waited because they have an appointment here. In Rome we were immediately served at the pharmacy. I do not recommend it.

The pharmacists inside are very rude and they refuse selling to asian customers!!!

We kindly asked if the pharmacy was open because even though the water level was really high many shops were open. He answered really rude and asked what we were thinking even asking. I get that his situation was probably really bad but that’s not a reason to talkback like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude and unfriendly staff to me as a tourist. I tried to get CV rapid test and staff would not help me or provide information to help.
The woman at the pharmacy told me to go away, it was not possible for me, even though they were doing the tests outside.
No information or website to make an appointment, no kindness or patience from staff towards me. I felt very disrespected by the staff here.
