★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono passato dalla questa farmacia per chiedere aiuto per recuperare il codice AUTHCODE per il mio Green Pass, come che dopo fatto la terza dose e non ho ricevuto nessun SMS da parte di Min Salute. Purtroppo non mi hanno aiutato sia la signora giovane che quella meno giovane chi lavorava a quelli orari nella farmacia. Non volevano nemmeno sentire cosa stavo dicendo/chiedendo ! Solo che mi hanno chiesto Codice Fiscale e dopo che mi fanno una stampa dal Green Pass, mentre mi salutano mi dicono “più dì questo non sappiamo come fare” ? (ma mi scusi se nn sapete fare più dì questo allora cercato un altro occupazione, alla farmacia vengono parte maggiore anziani (che probabilmente non sono capaci con la nuova tecnologia) e chi è malato! Come che non sai come fare? Tu non sai come fare il tuo lavoro e ancora sei al banco della farmacia) Come che abito a vicinissimo dalla questa farmacia mi sono messo un attimo su Google a studiare semplicemente “Come si po recuperare AUTHCODE” e l’ho fatto da solo con il mio telefonino in meno di un minuto! Sorry non c’era opzione dì Zero stelle che siete meriti per forza vi lasci un stella
 I went to this pharmacy to ask for help to retrieve the AUTHCODE code for my Green Pass, like that after taking the third dose and I have not received any SMS from Min Health. Unfortunately, both the young lady and the older lady who worked at those times in the pharmacy did not help me. They didn't even want to hear what I was saying / asking! Except that they asked me for a tax code and after they gave me a print from the Green Pass, while they greet me they say "more than that we don't know how to do" ? (but excuse me if you don't know how to do more than this then looked for another occupation most elderly people come to the pharmacy (who are probably not capable with the new technology) and those who are sick! How do you not know how to do it? You do not know how to do your job and you are still at the pharmacy counter). from this pharmacy I went to Google for a moment to simply study "How to recover AUTHCODE" and I did it by myself with my mobile phone in less than a minute! Sorry, there was no option to say Zero stars that you deserve necessarily leave you a star
