★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic meal at la Norma in the hidden terrace at the back. We had the degustation menu, 9 courses for 30€ (5 starters, 2 mains and 2 desserts) and all courses were outstanding. Fine dining with a Sicilian twist! Wine list was extensive and we had two great bottles (1 red and 1 white) . The chef accompanied to dietary restrictions within the menu. Very friendly staff as well. Definitely worth a visit when you are in Lucca and want to enjoy fine Italian food for a good price. We will be back for sure.

We selected the Chefs 9 course dinner. Every dish was delicious.
We highly recommend La Norma. Service is wonderful and the restaurant is not pretentious
Definitely a must to have dinner here while in Lucca.

We had the Norma pasta, the Fonduta di Canestrano Siciliano which tasted like the sea with the sepia ink, the Calamaro with ceci (chickpea) cream and the crunchy Polipo.
The garden in the back is perfect for a relaxed dinner surrounded by greenery.
La Norma should not be missed if you are in Lucca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely excuisit, what a delight to have eaten here. Walked in without reservation and were warmly greeted by the chef. We had the 9 course degustation menu with a delicious bottle of Montefalco Rosso. Absolutely worth a stopping by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. Each dish is prepared to highlight the key components, not to swamp them in sauce or seasoning. The restaurant is clearly well managed, staff is caring and well trained. Food is flavorful and prepared with care, at a price that is very reasonable for the quality. A large selection of wines - with a majority from Sicily, to coordinate with the Sicilian oriented menu items.
