Specialmente se il giorno prima nel negozio c'erano più di 10 persone e oggi non potevano essere più di sei. Sono ligia al rispetto delle regole ma devono essere chiare e soprattutto il rispetto va sempre dimostrato al cliente. Soprattutto non puoi partire dal fondo del negozio (quando la tua collega alla porta mi ha fatto entrare senza dire nulla e mi ha pure salutata)aggressiva e senza nemmeno salutare esordire con "ci sono più di 12mila contagi devi aspettare fuori", intanto iniziamo a darci del lei. Secondo mi ha fatto sentire un'appestata infatti si sono girati tutti a guardare come se avessi fatto chissà che cosa, ma scherziamo?Ma li fate i corsi di formazione al personale? Mi è bastato andare nel PV all'angolo della via, (della stessa catena per altro) per trovare un clima totalmente differente. Capisco che lavorare a capodanno renda nervosi, io l' ho fatto per dieci anni ma il rispetto va sempre portato.
