★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bergamo - ETUALY. Ottima profumeria artistica e di nicchia. Prodotti, profumi in particolare molto esclusivi e ricercati come ad esempio Amouage e Creed. Nel dettaglio, secondo me il valore aggiunto di queste attività è costituito dal personale presente come la signora Patrizia la quale innanzitutto è molto educata, preparata professionalmente e competente. E' lei che ha tempi e modi giusti (non stucchevoli) nell'approcciarsi nei confronti dei clienti che pian piano si avvicinano in questo "nuovo mondo" della profumeria di classe, abituati per anni ai classici marchi e fragranze delle profumerie standard. Inoltre, quello che fa maggiormente piacere è, nei giorni seguenti gli acquisti, ripensare alle sue parole nella descrizione, nella narrazione stessa dei profumi in maniera sincera e senza orpelli; ovvero la capacità di sbloccare ricordi, sensazioni.

In detail, in my opinion the added value of these activities is constituted by the staff present such as Mrs. Patrizia who above all is very polite, professionally trained and competent. It is she who has the right times and ways (not cloying) in approaching customers who are slowly approaching this "new world" of class perfumery, accustomed for years to the classic brands and fragrances of standard perfumeries. Moreover, what is most pleasing is, in the days following the purchases, to rethink his words in the description, in the very narration of the perfumes in a sincere and without frills; that is the ability to unlock memories, sensations.
