Il signor Roberto, insieme alla signora Giovanna e alla signora MariaGrazia ci hanno coccolato per tutta la nostra permanenza in negozio, ci hanno fatto sentire, ancora una volta, a casa!!! Cozy, tidy and well-stocked store Kind, smiling and helpful staff for any customer need or request. Mr. Roberto, together with Mrs. Giovanna and Mrs. MariaGrazia have pampered us throughout our stay in the shop, they made us feel, once again, at home !!!

Piuttosto fare un servizio a pagamento ma carino! Absolutely don't get gift packages! Because they give you a gray box with a lot of advertising and, of course, the price left attached. I commessi fantastici.. roberto e fausta mi hanno aiutata nella scelta di creme e profumo, gentilissimi e super competenti. Non si viene pressati a comprare per forza qualcosa ma si viene consigliati sui prodotti in base alle proprie esigenze! La mia profumeria preferita ❤️ Gorgeous perfumery, sells all the best and hard to find brands (Jo malone, veralab and balenciaga to name a few). The fantastic shop assistants .. roberto and fausta helped me in the choice of creams and perfumes, very kind and super competent. You are not forced to buy something but you are advised on the products according to your needs! My favorite perfumery ❤️

Ottima esposizione e ottima anche l'illuminazione che rende l'ambiente piacevole. Sono entrato poche volte e in verità ho riscontrato un personale freddo e più propenso ad usare il cellulare per fatti propri che alla buona accoglienza. Un sorriso in più aiuterebbe certamente a far entrare un numero di clienti maggiore. Unica pecca, il resto del personale... ragazze giovani ma ancora non pronte - a mio parere- ed abbastanza formate per gestire l'accoglienza e la particolare clientela che si rivolge alla profumeria Pinalli...un sorriso in più e competenze di settore sono alla base. Professional and competent manager, friendly and available to give advice on products and methods of use. The room, large and bright, has everything you could ask for in terms of top-level cosmetics and perfumery.
