★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver ordinato on line un articolo disponibile, ricevuto la conferma d'ordine e pagato, ho scritto dopo due giorni chiedendo notizie, dal momento che il n. di tracking non era visualizzabile, mi hanno risposto che l'articolo era fuori stock, cioè non disponibile, allegandomi il rimborso.
Commercialmente è scorretto vendere un articolo scontato e non disponibile, come è scorretto non comunicare il problema immediatamente, prima che sia io a dover richiedere informazioni e non ricevere più risposta alla mia successiva mail.
C'è un garante per queste cose, mi riservo di fare una segnalazione.
After ordering an available item online, receiving the order confirmation and paying, I wrote after two days asking for news, since the n. tracking was not viewable, they replied that the item was out of stock, that is, not available, attaching the refund.
Commercially it is incorrect to sell a discounted and unavailable item, just as it is incorrect not to communicate the problem immediately, before I have to request information and no longer receive a reply to my next email.
There is a guarantor for these things, I reserve the right to make a report.
