Anch’io faccio la cassiera e se il mio titolare avrebbe visto che avevo tutta quella gente in cassa mi licenziava. Mi sono trovata sempre benissimo ci vado spesso,ma oggi con 2 casse aperte non ci sono messe molto tempo. Cashier very slow, I only had 2 people in front of them and the cashiers could not handle the person in front of them. I am also a cashier and if my owner would have seen that I had all those people in the cashier he would fire me. I have always had a great time I go there often, but today with 2 boxes open it doesn't take much time.
F	F N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compro un mascara da quasi 40 euro, difettoso (non completamente rotto ma evidentemente difettoso), chiedo il cambio, ma la responsabile in modo saccente afferma che il difetto non ne compromette l'utilizzo. Io visto che pago un prodotto come se fosse perfetto, lo pretendo perfetto. La responsabile mi dice che lei non puó cambiarlo e di scrivere direttamente a Dior. Grande professionalità. Detto ció vado allo store di Orio Center e trovo un personale gentilissimo che mi dice che ci mancherebbe altro, lo si cambia immediatamente. Non ho parole per lo store di Bergamo. I buy a mascara for almost 40 euros, defective (not completely broken but obviously defective), I ask for the change, but the responsible way pedantic affirms that the defect does not compromise it use. I see that I pay for a product as if it were perfect, I expect perfect. The manager tells me that she can't change it e to write directly to Dior. Great professionalism. Having said that, I go to the Orio Center store and find a very kind staff who tells me there missing more, you change it immediately. I have no words for the Bergamo store.

Voglio complimentarmi con la cortesia della signora in cassa che mi ha aiutata a trovare alternative ai prodottii che mi erano stati proposti via mail e che loro non avevano disponibili. Cortesia anche della signora che è andata a cercare in magazzino gli omaggi. Non è scontato di questi tempi trovare questa disponibilità e professionalità. Complimenti da una che lavora nel commercio. Buon lavoro I went to this Sephora shop on Saturday for lunch. I want to congratulate the courtesy of the lady at the cashier who helped me find alternatives to the products that were proposed to me via email and that they did not have available. Courtesy also of the lady who went to look for the gifts in the warehouse. It is not obvious these days to find this availability and professionalism. Congratulations from someone who works in the trade. good job
