Spero sia stato solo un caso legato al farmacista presente in quel momento. Altrimenti una buona farmacia in posizione strategica.

Alzerei un pochino l'asticella della cordialità.
Trovo degradante, per la categoria di farmacisti, vedere sovente il magazziniere con camice azzurro, per quanta esperienza possa avere, servire al banco e lanciarsi anche in consigli.

I would raise the bar of friendliness a little.
I find it degrading, for the category of pharmacists, to often see the warehouse worker in a blue coat, no matter how much experience he may have, serve at the counter and even throw himself into advice.
