★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buongiorno a tutti,io sono anni che vado alla farmacia di piazza sant'anna, all'epoca abitavo a bg,e per un problema grosso mi recavo spesso dal dottore ALESSANDRO,uno dei propietari della farmacia.Dalla prima mia visita all'interno della stessa mi sono subito trovato come a casa,anche al personale molto gentile e disponibile,ora sono cambiate alcune figure all'interno,ma nonostante io ora abiti a Dalmine, quindi abbastanza lontano, appena posso, passo dal dott Alessandro per qualsiasi mio problema e lui nonostante tutti i clienti mi accoglie sempre con molto affetto.stravedo per il dottore, persona altamente professionale e qualificata.nonostante la distanza appena posso passo a trovarlo anche solo per un salto.personale gentile e disponibile.grazie DOC ALESSANDRO.NUMERO UNO

I immediately found myself at home, even to the very kind and helpful staff, now some figures have changed inside, but although I now live in Dalmine, so far enough away, as soon as I can, I pass by Dr. Alessandro for any of my problems and despite all the customers he always welcomes me with great affection. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fino di oggi non avevo i problemi con il personale, ma quello comportamento che ho notato nel dialogo con una farmacista trovo molto sconfinato. Il discorso ha partito dalla cancellazione dell'appuntamento di tampone per proseguire il vaccino e i disturbi cardiaci che mi fermano per farlo. Le domande perché non ho fatto ancora il vaccino, tutti devono farlo... scusate, ma sono gli affari personali e non di una farmacista. Il vaccino come una medicina ha gli indicazioni e controindicazioni . Non è una vitamina o caramella. E parliamo sui vaccini che ancora sotto gli studi clinici. Infatti, non devo spiegare a nessuno i motivi e i ragioni personali perché faccio o non faccio qualcosa e le decisioni che prendo. Il personale può dare i consigli, ma non criticare un cliente.
