Al primo utilizzo dopo circa un mese mi accorgo che mi è stato venduto un saturimetro pediatrico (senza che mi fosse stato chiesto se l’avessi comprato lo stesso) con l’incavo del dito più stretto e piccolo e di conseguenza poco idoneo/pratico ad inserire un dito da adulto o di un anziano con dita sformate dalla vecchiaia. Mi rivolgo per chiedere il cambio ma mi viene negata la sostituzione. Con il periodo che stiamo vivendo e l’importanza dello strumento, ritengo questo comportamento poco professionale. Per la farmacia sostituire un saturimetro venduto omettendo che era pediatrico che differenza poteva dare? Dopo mezz’ora, PRIMA CHE FACESSI IL TAMPONE esce la farmacista con già il mio Green pass in mano, negativo con tutti i miei dati. Il tampone non l’avevo ancora fatto, ma il Green pass risultava valido e negativo. Che vergogna !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Incompetenti evitate questa farmacia I went on Saturday morning to swab.
